Key Terms of Service
It is your responsibility to read these terms and conditions carefully before opening an account on the keriya platform. These terms and conditions serve as a legal agreement between keriya and the user, and define the rights and responsibilities of both parties during use of the platform. By completing registration, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and fully accept these terms. keriya reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time, and continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree with any term, please refrain from using the platform.
Account Opening Eligibility
To open an account on the keriya platform, you must be at least 18 years of age. Citizens or legal residents of Bangladesh are eligible to use this platform. Each individual may create only one account, and attempting to create multiple accounts is prohibited. All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. keriya reserves the right to close an account and forfeit the balance if any false information is provided.
Account Security & Responsibility
Keeping your account password and login credentials completely confidential is your own responsibility. You are personally responsible for all activities carried out through your account. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, notify the keriya support team immediately. Transferring, selling, or sharing account access with a third party is strictly prohibited. keriya reserves the right to temporarily suspend an account in the event of a security breach.
Deposit & Withdrawal Policy
All transactions on the keriya platform are conducted in Bangladeshi BDT (৳ BDT). When making a deposit, you must use a payment method registered in your own name. Withdrawal requests generally take 1–3 business days to process. If money laundering or fraudulent activity is proven, the transaction will be cancelled and the account will be closed. Prohibited Activities
Any form of fraud, cheating, or attempting to abuse the system on the platform is strictly prohibited. Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or play games is not permitted. Attempting to steal or hack another user's account information is a serious legal violation. Operating multiple accounts from the same IP address or device will result in all accounts being closed. keriya reserves the right to take legal action for violations of these restrictions.
Bonus & Promotion Terms
Keriya periodically offers various bonuses and promotional offers, which are subject to specific terms and conditions. Each bonus has its own wagering requirements, and the bonus or associated winnings cannot be withdrawn unless these requirements are met. If misuse of a bonus offer is detected, that bonus will be cancelled and restrictions may be imposed on the account. A user may benefit from each promotion only once. keriya reserves the right to modify, cancel, or expire any promotion, and advance notice is not required.
Limitation of Liability
The keriya platform is provided "as is" and no guarantee of any specific outcome is given. The maximum liability of keriya for any loss caused by technical errors, server outages, or disruption of third-party services is limited to the balance in the user's account at that time. Any financial loss resulting from gaming or betting is entirely the user's own responsibility. keriya will not be held liable for service disruptions caused by circumstances beyond its control, such as natural disasters, government directives, or international sanctions. We always strive to ensure the highest quality of service, but a guarantee of completely uninterrupted service is not possible.
Account Closure & Termination
Any user may request to close their account voluntarily at any time. The opportunity to withdraw the remaining balance will be provided before account closure, unless the balance has been frozen due to a terms violation. keriya may suspend or close an account at any time without notice due to violations of the terms and conditions, fraud, or prohibited activities. Personal data collected after account closure may be retained for a specified period in accordance with legal obligations. Under the responsible gaming policy, users may voluntarily impose restrictions on their account or take a break.
Applicable Law & Dispute Resolution
These terms and conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable law in Bangladesh. Any dispute between keriya and a user will first be attempted to be resolved through negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached through negotiation, the dispute will be referred to a competent court in Bangladesh for settlement.
